Great
Physician Reveals Key to
Eternal Life—Details Here
Background
Research
has shown that man was originally created to live
forever. Unfortunately he was given the right to make
decisions for himself about what he would do and
whether he would obey a single simple rule. His
failure to follow instructions led to his loss of
eternal life and that loss was passed on to all his
descendants - the entire himan race.
Hope
prevailed as the Creator took on the role of Great
Physician. He loved mankind that He created to have
fellowship with Him and wanted to make a way for them
to again have eternal life. The Great Physician made
His healing power available to all who would accept
it.
There
was a condition though, The Creator required that to
be restored to eternal life each person would have to
personally accept His prescription as a free gift.
After all, he didn’t want anyone to perish. He has
clearly given us instructions that whoever tried to
earn the gift, work for the gift, or pay for the gift
in any way would be rejected. The prescription was
made Simple enough for even a young child to accept
it. Free Gift—Accept It– Receive Eternal Life.
Today, we would call that a “no brainer”
To
make sure that everyone knew all about eternal life
from beginning to end, He wrote a Book to describe it
all in detail. Here are some of the most important
aspects.
Creation
In
the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
(Gen 1:1) So God Created man in his own image, in the
image of God created he him; male and female created
he them. (Gen 1:27) And the Lord God formed man of
the dust of the ground, and breathed into his
nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living
soul. (Gen 2:7)
And
the Lord God took the man and put him into the Garden
of Eden to dress it and keep it. And the Lord God
commanded the Man, saying, Of every tree of the
garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the
knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:
for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt
surely die. (Gen 2:1 The Fall of Man into sin
Now
the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the
field which the Lord God Had made. And he said unto
the woman, Yea, hath God said, ye shall not eat of
every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the
serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the
garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the
midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat
of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And
the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely
die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat
thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall
be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman
saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was
pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to
make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did
eat, and gave also unto her husband with her, and he
did eat. ...And the Lord God called unto Adam, and
said unto him where art thou? ...And the man said,
The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me
of the tree and I did eat. And the Lord God said unto
the woman, What is this that thou has done? And the
woman said, The serpent beguiled me and I did eat.
The
Curse
And
the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast
done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and
above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt
thou go, and dust dust shalt though eat all the days
of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and
the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it
shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his
heel. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply
thy sorrow and thy conception.; in sorrow thou shalt
bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy
husband, and he shall rule over thee. And to Adam he
said, Because thou has hearkened to the voice of thy
wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I
commanded thee saying, Thou shalt not eat of it:
cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shall
thou eat of it all the days of thy life; (Gen
3:14-17)
The
Result of the Curse
For
Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not
deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the
transgression. (1 Tim. 2:14) Surely I have been a
sinner from birth, sinful from the time my mother
conceived me. Ps.51:5 Wherefore, as by one man sin
entered into the world, and death by sin; and so
death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.
Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even
over them that had not sinned after the similitude of
Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him to
come.. Therefore as by the offense of one, judgement
came upon all men unto condemnation (Ro. 5:12 &
15, 18a,19a) As it is written, there is none
righteous, no not one. For all have sinned and come
short of the glory of God. (Ro. 3:10 & 23) For
the wages of sin is death; ...(Ro. 6:23a)
The
Grace of God
In
the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with
God, and the Word was God. In Him was life; and the
life was the light of men. And the Word was made
flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we behold His glory,
the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,)
full of grace and truth. (Jn 1:1,4,14)
For
God so loved the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should
not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent
not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but
that the world through Him might be saved. He that
believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that
believeth not is condemned already, because he hath
not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of
God. (Jn 3:16-18)
But
not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if
through the offence of one many be dead, much more
the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by
one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. And
not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for
the judgment was by one unto condemnation, but the
free gift is of many offences unto justification. For
if by one man’s offense death reigned by one; much
more they which receive abundance of grace and of the
gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one,
Jesus Christ. (Ro. 5:15-17)
But
God commended his love toward us, in that while we
were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then,
being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved
from the wrath through Him. For if, when we were
enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of
his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be
saved by his life. (Ro. 5:8-9) ...But the gift of God
is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Ro.
6:23b)
For
by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves; it is the gift of God; Not of works, lest
any man should boast.(Eph 2:8-9) For I am not ashamed
of the Gospel of Christ; for it is the power of God
unto salvation to everyone that believeth; For
therein is the righteousness of God revealed from
faith to faith: As it is written, The just shall live
by faith. (Ro. 1:16-17)
Therefore,
as by the offence of one, judgment came upon all men
unto condemnation; even so by the righteousness of
one, the free gift came upon all men unto
justification of life. That as sin hath reigned unto
death, even so might grace reign unto righteousness
unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. (Ro.
5:18,21)
He
that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life; and
he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but
the wrath of God abideth upon him. (Jn 3:36) If the
Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free
indeed. (Jn 8:36) I came not to call the righteous,
but sinners to repentance (Lk 5:32) For the Son of
Man is come to seek and to save that which was lost (Lk
19:10) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth,
and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by
me.(Jn 14:6)
Being
justified freely by his grace through the redemption
that is in Christ Jesus; Therefore we conclude that a
man is justified by faith without the deeds of the
law (Ro 3:24 & 28) Therefore being justified by
faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus
Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into
this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in the hope
of the glory of God. (Ro 5:1&2)
There
is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in
Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after
the Spirit. (Ro. 8:1-2) For Christ is the end of the
law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
But what saith it?
The
word is near thee, even in thy mouth, and in thine
heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord
Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath
raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For
with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and
with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.
(Ro 10:4,8-10)
The
ball is in your court. God has shared His truth with
you. How will you respond?
Why
do I need to be saved?
Salvation
depends not on what any man says because no man can
know the mind of God to interpret His scriptures. God
alone interprets His own scriptures and applies them
to the hearts of men. All scripture is given by
inspiration of God, II Tim. 3:16; Knowing this first,
that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private
interpretation. 2 Pe. 1:20
Thus
saith The Lord:
And
ye shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you
free Jn 8:32
For All have sinned and come short of the glory of
God
For the wages of sin is death. Ro. 3:23; 6:23a
Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on Him
while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and
the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the Lord,
and He will have mercy on him, and to our God for He
will freely pardon. IS. 55:6-7
Today, if you hear His voice do not harden your
heart. Accept God’s Gift of eternal life.
Romans
10
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord
Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath
raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made
unto salvation.

Prayer of Response
Dear
Heavenly Father, I come before your throne of grace
in the Name of Jesus Christ your Son who was
crucified for my offenses and raised again for my
justification, who gave his life for me, shedding his
blood for the forgiveness of my sin. I now accept
Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and ask you to
forgive my sin according to what Jesus did for me,
and to cleanse me of all unrighteousness. Fill me
with your Holy Spirit and take complete control of my
life. In Jesus name I ask it Father, Amen.
